Are BonnyC products BPA and BPS free?

Yep, our range is completely free of those kinds of nasties! Our products are made from food grade plastic instead, which is also fully recyclable.

What liquid solution do I put on my dry wipe?

You can stick with straight-up warm water if you prefer, or fill it with your favourite gentle solution. We love adding a drop of lavender oil for a soothing blend.

Can I put boiling water in my dispenser?

That’s a very strong no. We only recommend using warm tap water (at a max of 60 degrees). Our dispenser’s thermal insulation means that the water you put in is the water that’s going to come out, so avoid boiling kettles at all costs.

Can I wash my dispenser in a dishwasher?

Keep this one safely out of the dishwater and only hand wash with warm soapy water.

Is my dispenser leak proof?

It sure is! But to avoid any disastrous spills on your worldly possessions, please make sure the lip is secure before chucking it in your nappy bag.  

How long does the water stay warm for?

The water in your dispenser stays warm for hours.

Do BonnyC products have a returns/warranty policy?

All bonnyC products come with a 30 day warranty. We offer a 100% money-back refund in the event our product is found faulty or damaged.

If you're not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, get in touch with hello@bonnyc.com.au and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

A refund will be honoured if:

  • The product is faulty
  • It is returned unused, intact & not contaminated within 30 days of purchase
  • A proof of purchase is provided via tax invoice from your online order and/or bank statement.

A refund will not be accepted if:

  • You are unable to provide proof of purchase
  • The product has been used or damaged from improper use, handling or care
  • A change of mind
  • It is not returned within 30 days of purchase.

Please allow up to 4 business days for bonnyC to process your refund.
